Every service is intentional. From precision dry cutting to seamless, lived-in color and expertly placed individual keratin bond extensions, our approach is centered on longevity, movement, and customization. We focus on enhancing what’s already there—never overdone, always elevated. Known for clean cuts, soft dimension, and polished-yet-undone blowouts, ELEVENXIII prioritizes education, consistency, and attention to detail. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our time spent with you at ELEVENXIII is so important to us. We value you, your time, as well as your choice to come and see us. Please understand that when you cancel/ reschedule last minute or no show, it is very difficult to to fill your appointment time with another guest last minute. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 20% of the service that is booked. & no shows will be 50% of the service booked. We do understand that sickness and emergencies do happen and we are very understanding of that as well. Just please be sure to let us know as soon as possible.
